We reserve the right to cancel the Zoom call and end the transaction without a refund if your behavior is negative, disrespectful, threatening, demanding, or inappropriate. Time is Valued & will not be wasted on foolishness.

Please note that we do not ship physical copies, paper or discs. Please be advised: duplicating, sharing, selling, posting or distributing the video course, pdf files and mixing recipes is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. These files are for your personal use only. Once your plans are finalized, they must be signed off by a licensed structural engineer. Please be advised that the structural engineer you select will charge a separate fee for their services.

Please note that once you approve the final floor plan design, we will proceed with the completion of the work. Any changes requested after the final design approval will require additional payment. We appreciate your understanding.
