The 4th chakra is in the middle of our Energy System. It’s position is above the third chakra (Manipuira) and just below the throat chakra.
Located: in the area of the Chest and Thoracic Vertebrae, in the center and in line with the Heart, behind the Breastbone, between the shoulder blades.
Details and Governance: The heart chakra governs the body’s lungs and thymus; it also influences the sense of touch.
Emotionally, this chakra is the seat Compassion, Love and Healing.
Its Element is Air, its Color is green, and its mantra is “YAM“.
